Fig and Prosciutto Pizzetta with Gorgonzola

Ingredients: Galbani Bel Paese Cheese Galbani Erborinato Gorgonzola Fig Spread Prosciutto Di Parma Parmigiano Reggiano Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil Lemon Juice Directions: Mix 2 tbls. Fig spread with 1/2 tablespoon each olive oil and lemon Juice. Stretch a thin crust pizza and top with fig spread. Then add shredded Bel Paese and small pieces of gorgonzola. Bake Pizza. When pizza is out of the oven top with Prosciutto, basil and Parmigiano.
