Quinceralla Salad

Plate with dark balsamic and honey reduction spread with the back of a spoon in one sweeping motion. Sprinkle plate with a few fresh raspberries.

Directions

Peel and core a Quince saving stem as a top garnish. Slice fine on a mandoline. Layer fresh mozzarella slices, basil and quince. Quince slices should be fanned. Place stem on top. Drizzle with white balsamic, honey and oliveoil dressing mixture.
