President® Brie and Smoked Salmon Pizzette
- 4 Flatbreads or Naan or similar
- 1/2 lb. Smoked Salmon, sliced
- 1/2 lb. President® Brie, sliced
- 4 tbs Pickled Red Onion
- 1 1/2 tbs Capers
To make Pickled Red onions; Slice red onion thinly, place in container and cover with Red Wine Vinegar. Let stand several hours before using.
Spread the Salmon, Brie, Onions and Capers evenly among the 4 breads.
Place on baking pans and heat thoroughly under a broiler set to high.
Cook until the cheese is melted and Salmon is heated through about 3 minutes.
