Feta and Orzo Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Orzo Pasta, cooked and drained
  • 6 oz. Président® Feta, crumbled
  • 1 pt. Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup Italian Parsley, minced
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions

When orzo is cool, add the feta, cherry tomatoes, olives, and Italian parsley. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Gently toss, and add salt and pepper to taste.
