Feta Watermelon Salad
A light and refreshing summer salad of fat free Feta cheese and watermelon.
- 2 cups Watermelon
- 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbs Mint, fresh
- 2 tbs Basil Leaves, fresh
- 1 cup Fat Free Feta, crumbled
1. Scoop out the watermelon and take out as many seeds as possible.
2. Cut into chunks and place in a bowl.
3. Add in the herbs and olive oil, along with the feta, and mix well.
