Tomato and Basil Cream Soup
Ingredients
- 3 cups Sorrento® Mozzarella
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 3 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Tomato, diced
- 1 cup Croutons
- Basil, garnish
Directions
1. In a large saucepan, combine mozzarella and chicken broth; over low heat, melt cheese, stirring frequently.
2. Slowly stir in heavy cream; add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into soup bowls and garnish with croutons.
