2012 CAPRESE CHALLENGE RESULTS

This classic salad, made traditionally with sliced buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato & basil, olive oil, and a sprinkle of sea salt is believed to originate from the Campania region in Southern Italy.

This year the challenge is to create your own version of the Classic Caprese Salad WITHOUT THE USE OF FRESH TOMATOES.
