Don Bernado^® is Spain's #1 Manchego and is now being offer by Lactalis Foodservice. This is the quintessential Spanish cheese from Castilla-La-Mancha. Under the conditions of the Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.), Manchego must be produced from the milk of Manchega sheep from a specified region southeast of Madrid on the La Mancha Plateau.
